wrong blood transfusion is an error, which no doctor/hospital exercising ordinary skill would have made, and such an error is a sure instance of medical negligence.

Our Submission

The society submits that all the services of society are free and request the general public with praying hands to-

1. Intimate the details of persons who were in jails pending trials in Andhra Pradesh since long time unable to apply bails due to poverty. The society will provide assistance to such persons.

2.The Society gives guidance to the victims of Money Circulation Schemes (naked money circulations and product based money circulation schemes i.e. Multi Level Marketing(MLM)).

3. The Society will help those who wanted to know the procedures to get redressal in Human Rights Commission, Lokayuktha, Consumer Courts, Hon'ble High Court of A.P. and in local courts.

4. The Society will help to those persons who wanted to create awareness about laws in their locality in A.P.

It is an effort to give and spare time to the Society and General Public who need the legal assistance and unable to bear the expenses to claim their legal rights.
